Sebastian X Reader - Finding true love Ch.1

"Are you sure you want to do this?", a voice in your head asked you. It wasn't your voice though. "Yes", you answered shortly. Your eyes are closed, you are surrounded by darkness, but not the cold one, it felt more like a comfy warm darkness. You gave your body into it, somehow you felt free.
"Why do you want to do this?", the voice asked you. So many questions...
"I want to...be free. I want...I want to live in harmony with myself. I want someone...someone who can protect me", you answered and your voice got quieter and quieter.
"You do know the rules and about the contract, right?", the male voice in your head asked you and you answered again with yes. It wasn't the first time you came here, though it was a long time ago. Actually you didn't know where you were. It always felt like a dream, but also it felt so real.
"What is it that you truly desire?"
You thought a minute about it. What was it that you truly desired? What did you longed for...
"Love", you answered and tried to open your eyes, but still, there was darkness.
"___(y/n)___ ____(l/n)____, this should be our contract until you find you love. After that, your soul is mine", he said and you nodded.
You turn around and finally saw something, well you saw his red demon eyes in the darkness. He grabbed your face with his hands and then you got unconscious.

You woke up from your bed, bathed in sweat. You felt a bit sick, but you knew that actually you weren't. Quickly you got up and hushed to your bathroom. After you washed yourself you looked at your mobile phone, it was 5:45 AM, actually still to early to do something. You wanted to go back to your bed, but someone knocked on your door. You were kinda mad that someone knocked on your door at this time. You stamped to the door and opened it roughly: "Yes?"
The man infront of your door bowed down: "You must be ___(y/n)___ ____(l/n)____, right? A little birdie told me that you wanted to be protected and want to find love". You tried to close the door really quickly, but unfortunately he put his foot between the door, so you couldn't close it.
"Who are you?", you asked him and looked through the gap and seeing the same eyes in your dream. "I am one hell of a butler, ___(y/n)___", he smiled at you and you blushed a bit, but quickly got mad at him again, cause it is just so early. You sighed and said: "And what is your name?" "Sebastian Michaelis. May I come in my lady?"
"My lady?", you asked and wondered about his formally. "Well you are a lady, right? So why not to call you like that? Or don't you like it?", he smiled at you and you snorted and opened the door. He entered into your apartment and put his luggage down. Sabastian was dressed in black, just his gloves were white and his eyes were red.
"For now I will stay by your side and protect you until you find your love, then I will take your soul", he explained to you and you just stared at him. "Eh? What are you talking?", you answered and you were kinda creeped out, since you remembered your dream from a few minutes ago.
"Just take a look in the mirror and open your eyes, my lady", he stated. Your heart raced and you didn't really know what he was talking about, still you did what he told you. You were in the bathroom before, though you were in hurry and didn't really looked at yourself, since you look everyday the same. You went over to the mirror and Sebastian was behind you. You looked closer to your eye. Your left eye had a weird sign on it. You didn't even notice it, though you could see perfectly fine with it, which confused you. "Is this also a dream?", you asked him and still looked at your eye. "No, I'm afraid not", he answered, "but I swear, I will protect you until found your goal and then you give me your soul" "W-What are you?", you asked him and you had to sit down. Your body was shaking and you felt dizzy. Now you realized that your life will be so much different than from before and also your future was sealed and at the end, he would eat your soul.
Sebastian looked down to you, he was a bit sad that you were scared of him now, but he knew that it would change after some time. "I am a demon".
"A demon!?", you said and you heard a 'miau' in your kitchen. Sebastian quickly turned around and said: "You have a cat here?" "Ye-es, her/his name i-is ___c/n___", you stutter and watched him. Sebastian kneeled down and said to your cat: "Glad to meet you ____c/n____. Oh my, your fur is really beautiful, also your pawns...you are so cute, aren't you?" "Miau?", your cat asked, purred and snuggled to him. You watched them both and you were really confused about your cat. Actually she/he wasn't good with strangers, but she/he liked Sebastian. "I really love cats", he said and you nodded, got up and answered: "Yes, I see that and ____c/n____ also seems to like you" "And I bet you will like me soon too ___y/n___", he muttered and watched ___c/n___.
